Service and spare parts

Our service net operates in Finland. All warranty repairs shall be ordered thorugh us. After warranty period we are happy to  assist you in  finding a certified service partner. 

When calling for service, please remember to give following info;

• Product model  (Product label can be found inside the unit)
• Product serial no (Product serial no can be found inside the unit)
• Location of the product
• Your contact data
• Definition of the problem as specifically as possible

We offer spare parts to all the products manufactured or imported by Coolcenter Forssa Ltd with short notice.
